• If no work has been initiated after payment.
• If the service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in the service contract.

1.3 Requesting a Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to us.
• Include your order details, payment proof, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days, and any eligible refund will be processed within 14 business days.

• We reserve the right to cancel a service if:
  • The client violates the terms of service or fails to provide necessary information for project completion.
  • Payment is not received as per agreed terms.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
